Well, yes…because if there’s one thing we know for certain about the big game, it’s that EVERYTHING around it books up well in advance. This includes venues, caterers, and of course event photographers for corporate events or parties at or around the game.

Super Bowl 2024 is sure to be an event like no other. For the first time ever, the biggest event in American sports will be held in the entertainment capital of the world. Additionally, with all the hype surrounding the new venue that will be hosting it, it’s a given that people from around the world will be flocking to “Sin City” to be part of this amazing event.

Allegiant Stadium

First and foremost, the game will be held at the newly built Allegiant Stadium, one of the most impressive NFL stadiums in the country, and home to the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders. It has also hosted top acts such as The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Garth Brooks, Metallica, Taylor Swift, Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison and more. And it just recently hosted the 2022 Pro Bowl.

This state-of-the-art, 65,000-seat venue is located just west of the famed Las Vegas Strip. It is one of the most expensive stadiums in the country at a cost of just under $2 billion. It features a retractable natural grass field, and a translucent roof that allows the sun to shine in during the day and provides a spectacular view of the Las Vegas skyline at night. The stadium also includes a variety of amenities such as a two-level club, and various impressive suite options. Plus, there isa a plethora of foods choices – from stadium classics like popcorn, pretzels, hot dogs, hamburgers, and sandwiches, to more unique items like BBQ, Mexican food, and Sushi. And of course, there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options as well.

Plan Earlier Than You Think You Need To

Finally, it’s important to remember that the Super Bowl is big business. This is a huge event in an already busy city. Ticket prices, not just for the game, but for other events are likely to be high, and hotels, flights and other services may be booked up months in advance. Plan early and book early. This advice applies to individuals and small groups, but it is even more important for larger parties or entities hosting corporate events. In addition to having travel and accommodations planned well in advance, be sure to start exploring venue, catering, event photography and ground transportation options to get them locked down as early as possible. The bottom line is that the Super Bowl in Las Vegas 2024 is going to be a massive draw, and as so it would be beneficial to book any and all of the services required, as early as you can.
